There are a handful of rookie cards that are considered essential to any major collection, and the Wayne Gretzky issue from 1979 is certainly one of them. The offered specimen has been graded NM 7 by PSA, but really presents at a higher level. As is often the case with the Topps release, the image is centered a bit to the right, but the endpoints appear at the NM/MT or better level and the reverse is clean and blemish-free.
