Taken in the 2nd round of the 1990 NFL draft, the Buffalo Bills had pinned their hopes on running back Joe Cribbs to revitalize a ground attack that had flourished when Hall of Famer O.J. Simpson roamed the backfield. After a solid rookie season where Cribbs ran for 1,185 yards and 11 touchdowns, it appeared that the Bills hopes would be answered. But much like many running backs before him, his success was short lived, breaking the 1,000 yard mark just two more times and scoring no more than five touchdowns in any other season. Offered is a game-used and autographed Buffalo Bills jersey, worn by Joe Cribbs in the early to mid 1980s. The front left tail has a Sand-Knit size large and “Pro Action” exclusivity label. All numbers are double tackle twill stitched, with individual letters “CRIBBS” stitched to a nameplate. A large, blue sharpie signature from Cribbs appears on the back number “0.” LOA from Mile High Card Co.
