Garbage Pail Kids, or "GPK" for those in the know. It's the largest single-theme card set since the invention of bubble gum and while most of the cards from the 15 series' are fairly easy to find, it's the scarce 1st series from 1985 that carries a hefty premium. Here's one such pack, and this one has the .25 cent price on the wrapper and graded PSA 7 NM.
