The rookie card of Michael Jordan has been the trailblazer of the 1986 Fleer series, but there are plenty of other significant rookie cards that have yet to have their day in the sun. After all, from a sheer numbers standpoint, the Jordan RC graded PSA 10 is far more plentiful than that of fellow Hall of Famer Charles Barkley. Of course, Jordan is Jordan, but it stands to reason that the Barkley card is a sound investment. Impeccably centered with pristine corners, barely a hint of inevitable chipping, and a clean image of the young 76er admiring one of his dunks, "The Round Mound of Rebound" would be a welcome addition to any advanced collection with an eye toward a lucrative payoff down the road.
