Just like the gamers that "The Sultan of Swat" used to swing at the end of his career, this 1934-44 Louisville Slugger is 34 3/4 inches in length and weighs 34 ounces, bearing the facsimile signature of Ruth on the barrel. The bat has an A5 rating from MEARS, citing that it is "lighter than factory records indicate .... nice pro model example." The LOA goes on to say, "Faint remains of autograph on sweet spot ...". A wonderful piece of baseball history.
