One of the great stadium giveaways that are now highly-coveted collectibles, if you can find them, are the 1910 "A Fan For A Fan" examples. Featured here, Hal Chase is the most scarce of them all, which makes sense considering the other subjects in the set include Hall of Famers Ty Cobb, Christy Mathewson, and Home Run Baker. This one is complete with the stick, and the circumference shows typical but mild notching and chipping but frames the oval spectacle quite well. The interior shows a wonderfully colored and detailed image of the infamous first baseman. A tremendous example and most likely the finest copy of Hal Chase extant! Framed to a size of 17 1/2" x 12 1/2" x 11/4".
