One of the legendary names in boxing lore, “The Galveston Giant" Jack Johnson is presented on this 1948 Leaf boxing card, graded PSA NM/MT 8. With only 3 examples graded higher, the offered specimen boasts solid centering, NM/MT corners and bright surfaces. Thirty years past his prime, Johnson’s ‘48 Leaf card is slightly comical due to his super-sized gloves that consume so much of the image. A nice addition to a top-notch set.
