Making his first World Series appearance as a member of the Boston Red Sox, rookie pitcher Babe Ruth never took the mound but did pinch hit in Game 1 of the series. This ticket stub is from Game 5, the clincher for Boston, a 5-4 thriller with the team's hero being Hall of Famer Harry Hooper, who went deep twice. It was the first of many championships to come to "The Sultan of Swat." PSA authenticated.
