One of the tougher 1953 Topps cards to score at the PSA 8 level with just 31 examples on record, St. Louis Browns coach Bill Norman is presented within a bright white border that is mildly centered to the right and shows an enticing rough cut on both vertical edges. The corners meet the standards for NM/MT inclusion with the top left endpoint appearing MINT if not GEM MINT. A strong example for the grade.
