Though not labeled as such, this impeccable E98 card of Hall of Famer Chief Bender has the fingerprints of a card from the incredible "Black Swamp" find. Almost perfectly centered with deep red coloring and blinding white borders that lead to GEM MINT top corners and MINT bottom endpoints. The reverse is just as impressive, a factory-fresh white canvas with dark brown print and some light red print that has bled through from the front. It looks like it was printed five minutes ago but it actually came into existence when William Taft was President! Arguably the best pitcher of that season, Bender posted a 23-5 record with a 1.58 ERA and led the Athletics to a World Series title.
