Charles "Chick" Hafey was a strong, consistent hitter who won the National League batting title in 1931 and finished his career with a .317 batting average. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame by the Veteran's Committee in 1971. The offered 1934 Goudey card shows a pleasing light blue backdrop with clean borders and corners that easily meet the standards for the grade of SGC 7 NM.
