In 1959, Topps forged an allegiance with A&BC Chewing Gum, LTD. of North London, who began issuing Topps products all across Great Britain. The Civil War News set was issued by A&BC in 1965, though I have no idea why Brits would be interested in the American Civil War. Presented here is a complete set, numbering 88 in all, with the usual centering variances common to the issue that would cause technical grades for the majority of these to fall within the EX to EX/MT range though the perimeter quality is superior for most.
