The "Toy Cannon" makes his appearance on the offered 1971 Topps Greatest Moments pasteboard, graded NM/MT 8 by PSA. A dangling fiber from the factory cutting process can be seen on the lower right corner, lending reassurance that it hasn't been tampered with. The front perimeter shows little, if any, evidence of chipping to the delicate full-bleed borders, and a scintillating application of factory gloss highlights the image. To date, just two examples have graded higher.
