Offered is a vintage football helmet manufactured by MacGregor Goldsmith between the mid- to late-1940s and early 1950s. The shell appears plastic with all lining and casing done in stitched blue leather, with interior lining of felt material and the original chinstrap intact. An All America stamping appears on the front with the MacGregor Goldsmith logo and the number 54 stamped on the back. A desirable relic for the vintage gridiron enthusiast.
