Revisiting the idea of metal coin inserts as they had done in 1964, Topps brought back this under-appreciated insert set in 1971 and the coins were issued one per pack of 1971 Topps 3rd series baseball cards. This offered set is 10% NM or better, 30% EX/MT, 45% EX and 15% lower with #153 Willie Mays, the final coin of the series, a strong NM/MT+. Key coins include #71 Clemente EX/MT, 101 Rose EX, 108 Reggie Jackson EX (OC) and 137 Aaron EX.
