Quite a few Hall of Famers made it into the short-printed section of the 1966 Topps high-number series and Billy Williams is one of them. The offered PSA 9 MINT example looks as if it came fresh out of the pack and immediately sent to PSA headquarters, retaining all MINT to GEM MINT characteristics save for the mildest of centering shifts toward the left edge. A tough card of a Chicago Cubs legend.
