One of the most popular gloves of its day that originally sold for $9.95, a hefty sum in the 1950s, presented is a well-preserved Mickey Mantle model MM5 fielder's glove, nicknamed "The Comet" in honor of "The Commerce Comet." Accompanying the glove is the original box and the glove tag that was attached, both of which are rare finds as they were not usually saved by the purchaser. Another great Mantle piece!
