We all love the late 19th and early 20th-century sports and non-sports cards by such companies as Sweet Caporal, Cycle, and Kinney Bros. but rarely do we stop to think about how the products actually made the rounds on a national scale. This century plus year old shipping crate once housed the tobacco products, and by extension, the pristine trading cards packed with them. The five-sized box measures 19" x 32" and is intact but shows some fragility and should be handled delicately. Markings on the side indicate how much of each brand was in it with the address in Cleveland to where it was shipped. A nice baseball-themed antique.
