The offered 1954 Topps card of Hall of Fame defenseman Harry Howell is one of 26 examples to grade NM/MT 8 by PSA with only three graded at a higher level. A sensational layer of gloss encompasses a great shot of Hall of Famer Howell and the four strong corners are in line with the PSA evaluation.
