The last card in the inaugural 1954 Topps hockey set depicts Hall of Famer Milt Schmidt, and is especially difficult to locate in high-grade due to the full-bleed bottom border as well as the white backdrop that is extremely susceptible to stray print marks. The featured example, however, has overcome these and all other obstacles to receive a grade of NM/MT 8 as determined by the pros at PSA. This stunning collectible keepsake shows only the tiniest bits of wear at the extreme lower endpoints, still falling well within the standards for the given technical assessment. To date, just a single example has graded higher at PSA, and that by just a mere half-point!
