Featured is one of the more attractive NM/MT presentations of a Roger Maris rookie card we have seen. With all due respect to Hall of Famer Orlando Cepeda, the 1958 Topps rookie card of the "Baby Bull" pales in comparison to the debut card of Roger Maris. Maris' rookie card is one of the tougher issues to find in elite-level grade, but this PSA 8 NM/MT example has certainly earned its accolades and can viably make a case for MINT status. Outstanding registration combines with incredibly clean autumnal orange color while the corners present just short of legendary MINT status and the centering is slightly toward the right side. The reverse is problem free and cleanly delivers the modest introductory statistics of the future single season home run king. A superior rookie card that easily earns its place among the world's finest collections.
