Absolutely among the most aesthetically appealing cards of the entire series. A noticeably clean and near perfectly centered example of Hack Wilson's appealing 1933 Goudey issue. Remembered most for his record setting 191 RBI season of 1930, Wilson was a thumb of man who "officially" stood just 5'6" but boasted a bull-like 18" neck. A running joke among sports writers of his era reported that Hack was built like a keg of beer, and thoroughly familiar with its contents. Bordering on comical, no other issue shows Hack's unique build as exquisitely as his '33 Goudey card, an example of which is offered here in strong NM/MT 8 condition from PSA. NM/MT top points join MINT to even GEM MINT bottom corners between MINT edges around a predominantly clean, two-toned emerald green backdrop. What an illustrious example of this beautiful card!
