Graded EX 5 by PSA. Clearly one of the more important cards from the heralded 1952 Topps release, immortal Hall of Famer Willie Mays appears on #261 of the series. The offered example is presented for your considered approval in solid EX 5 condition as determined by PSA, displaying at a level that absolutely exceeds the level of the technical assessment. Stunning clarity of the five-tool player's image is brought alive by deeply struck background pigments and amplified even further by a fresh-looking application of original factory gloss. Borders are devoid of errant print marks and the reverse is clean and blemish-free. The card does show a self evident lean to the right edge. If you're looking for an extremely presentable mid-grade specimen to add to your collection, look no further, because they simply don't come any nicer than this in the grade!
