An extremely desirable example from the celebrated 1962 Mars Attacks set, graded MINT 9 by PSA! Having landed on the Martian surface, the Earthmen exit their ships, ready to mount a full-scale assault on the alien cities, but are momentarily overwhelmed by the superior architecture and design. The featured example shows extremely bold and vivid colors presented with tremendous detail and clarity, with corners that meet or exceed the parameters for the MINT 9 assessment. This is 1 of just 5 in the grade, and it's not entirely clear what's preventing it from being the first GEM MINT 10 on record.
