Issued in 1968 as a "test" to the ultra common 1969 issue that was a pack insert, Hal Claude Osteen is presented with a grade of BVG 2.5 G-VG Though closely resembling the 1969 Deckle Edge card, the red signature is the telling trait as to its test status. Light staining on the front and back accounts for the grade, though this rare specimen has many above-grade characteristics.
