Artist Ryan Smith put his talents to use by taking overproduced and essentially worthless “junk era” cards and created mosaics of baseball's most important cards. Featured here is a tremendous rendition of the sport's most iconic card ever produced, the T206 Honus Wagner. Assorted faces from baseball cards are used to make up the flesh tones on Wagner's face with white cards bearing player statistics making up the border and yellow Donruss card backs making up that familiar backdrop. The piece measures approximately 22" x 36" framed. A phenomenal piece of artwork, painstakingly planned and implemented wonderfully!
