The 1965 Topps Joe Namath rookie card, to many collectors, is the preeminent sports card of the gridiron. Featured is a strong PSA 4.5 example that exhibits mostly slightly above-grade characteristics to offset the common centering shift, adorned by a bold, virtually perfect blue marker signature of Namath carefully placed as to not impede upon his image. For the collector of autographed rookie cards, and specifically football rookie cards, there is no more celebrated card than the one featured here, and it is spectacular!
