With stampings that appear to date this ONL (Heydler) ball to 1928-1933, the offered orb bears the signatures of two first line Hall of Famers, Grover Cleveland Alexander and Frank Frisch. While the signatures have faded a bit over time, they are still clearly legible, and the red and blue stitching remains bold and bright. Two rather difficult signatures in their own right, finding both together on one ball, especially on the sweet spot, is an autograph collector's dream. A third signature of Bob O'Farrell, an excellent catcher who is best known for gunning down Babe Ruth as he attempted to steal second, for the final out of the 1926 World Series, appears on a side panel. Full LOA from JSA.
