This is a scarce 1969 Topps Basketball wax pack that, while graded GAI 5 EX, may very well contain MINT or better examples of rookie issues featuring Lew Alcindor, John Havlicek, Walt Frazier, or Bill Bradley, not to mention possible encounters with Hall of Famers, Wilt Chamberlain, Jerry West, and Oscar Robertson, among dozens of others. Like many inaugural issues, and in this case, the first mainstream offering since the 1961 Fleer series, the prospect for rookie cards is tremendous. With only 99 cards counted in the complete set, chances are very good that at least one of the aforementioned stars resides within.
