As a folded supplement to the 1969 Topps tall-boy basketball series, you rarely find these thin paper "rulers" in top-notch condition, but the feature MINT example of Earn Monroe is almost about as good as it gets. One of only 10 graded PSA 9 with a single specimen graded higher, it's definitely a welcome addition to any PSA Set Registry listed collection.
