Topping the charts is this #1 PSA Set Registry rated 2000 U.D. Master Collection complete set. Of the 30 cards in the set, 14 are graded PSA 10 and 13 are graded PSA 9, with two PSA 8.5 and one PSA 8 for an overall 10.367 set rating. Only 250 of each card was produced, numbered in silver on the back of the card, so a collection like this in any grade would be amazing, but this one is beyond belief!
