If you've never seen a card from the 1960 Topps football series graded PSA 10, that's probably because there are only 40 from the entire series, out of well over 30,000 submissions. The featured card is one of those 40, and you guessed it, the only Frank Ryan card to earn PSA's top honors. Other than the obvious GEM MINT qualities, the normal fisheye print marks on the green reverse don't exist here. Imagine what this will do for a PSA Set Registry assemblage.
