When we see cards like this in a PSA 6 holder, we sometimes wonder if the hobby icons get evaluated with a little extra scrutiny. The presented example of Joe Willie Namath's 1965 Topps rookie issue has been graded EX/MT but boasts a number of significantly above-grade qualities, making it a more than adequate addition to any HOF football collection or 1965 Topps Set Registry. Above-grade corners and edges surround a well-registered obverse with delightfully few imperfections. A mild clockwise tilt and a slight preference for the bottom edge are not unusual; in fact, they're extremely common for examples at this grade and even slightly higher.
