It's just not a world-class collection until you add a stellar example of John Elway's 1984 Topps rookie card. Microscopic wear at the endpoints puts it in line with the MINT grade, but the usual heavy stray print that prevents top grades is largely minimized here. Adding in the almost perfect centering and you've got a very high-quality pasteboard for the grade.
