We can only imagine that this 1971 Topps tattoo of Hank Aaron didn't receive a higher grade due to what appears to be a centering shift toward the upper right (if you're looking at the side with the flip) but since it was meant to be, well, a tattoo, there probably wasn't much concern about the centering when it went into production. Even so, it's a wonderful NM/MT example that is perfect for any high-grade Aaron collection.
