At 5' 9" and 170 pounds, Mel Ott looked like he could be Babe Ruth's son if he was standing next to "The Sultan of Swat" but his power on the field was nothing to make light of. A six-time NL home run champ, Ott surpassed the 30+ homer mark eight times while remaining one of the toughest strikeouts in the game for his entire career.
