The offered specimen is a conservatively graded NM PSA 7, exhibiting accurately centering that barely favors the right horizontal edge and common print marks scattered about the yellow background, but four amazing corners that rival other specimens that are a half-grade higher. If the most important thing to you is the perimeter and the centering, you won't find a better PSA 7.
