Though clearly past his prime, there's something about the 1967 Topps card of Mickey Mantle that makes it a favorite among Mantle collectors. Perhaps it's the bold red and blue coloring that surrounds "The Commerce Comet", which is certainly a good reason. Clearly, above-grade corners counterbalance the centering preference toward the right side. A tremendous card for the Mantle collector looking for value.
