An early pioneer in the game, Hall of Famer Frank Patrick made his claim to fame as a superior blue-liner at the beginning of the 20th century. The serious looking Patrick is surrounded by a bold blue backdrop and brilliant white frame that spotlights its perfect centering on this 1910 C56 issue from Imperial Tobacco. The corners are slightly rounded, as expected for the EX grade, but this is a textbook example of a mid-grade, vintage hockey card.
