While some notice the torn area of paper right away, others are saying "Wait, what is that?" An extremely rare test issue from 1968, the Topps Plaks series featured plastic busts of all-stars, packaged three to a "sprue" like model airplane pieces. Even more scarce than the plastic pieces are the wrappers that housed them and the featured covering is one of the few rare survivors. An amazing find, regardless of condition.
