One of the quintessential pasteboards from the gridiron, presented is a strong PSA 7 example of Jim Brown's iconic 1958 Topps rookie card. Though aesthetically in line with most PSA 8 examples in terms of corners and overall surface quality, the northeast centering shift, common on most Brown RC's, keeps the grade at a much more affordable PSA 7 as a PSA 8 example has sold for as high as $60,000 earlier this year. The red reverse, similarly shifted to the same corner (lower left when viewing horizontally) shows plenty of bold colors and unavoidable but manageable chipping along the edges. A stellar copy overall for the assessed grade.
