The 1953 Topps set has amazing artistry but the Whitey Ford issue offered here is virtually hypnotic, drawing your eyes onto the bold depth of the New York Yankees cap and bright red nameplate. Outstanding centering, NM/MT to NM/MT+ corners, and that amazing central image all combine for the impressive grade of PSA 8, still slightly light in our opinion.
