The first nationally distributed baseball card collection since 1941, Bowman Gum Inc. debuted a 48-card release in the spring of 1948 with the issue marking the arrival of many stars as "rookies" because it was their first appearance on a baseball card. This complete set is 10% EX or better, 40% VG/EX, 40% VG, and 10% lower.
