The date was July 31, 1990 and Nolan Ryan upped his record to 11-4 by pitching 7 2/3 innings and giving up a run while striking out 8 in an 11-3 victory. It was Nolan Ryan's 300th career victory and the featured OAL baseball was used by "The Ryan Express" to notch that milestone.
