Manufactured by Warner Brothers to introduce Sammy Hagar to the band and promote the upcoming album "5150" the featured framed photo shows the new lineup of Van Halen (Sammy Hagar, Eddie Van Halen, Alex Van Halen, and Michael Anthony).
