Mile High Card Company Extra Innings Auction Open For Bidding, Ends on February 3rd
CASTLE ROCK, CO - With 2020 safely in the rear view mirror, Mile High Card Company opens the new year with its largest Extra Innings auction in the company’s history. Just short of 700 lots, the auction carries some heavy-hitters as well as some key issues that will appeal to more modest collections. The auction begins on January 25th and concludes on Wednesday, February 3rd.
Leading the auction is a 1986 Fleer #57 Michael Jordan rookie card PSA 6 and a 1986 Fleer #8 Michael Jordan rookie sticker PSA 8. Other key cards are a 1948 Swell Sport Thrills #14 Lou Gehrig PSA 7 NM, 1952 Topps #33 Warren Spahn Black Back PSA 8 NM/MT, 1968 Topps #177 Nolan Ryan PSA 7 NM, 2013 Panini Select #178 Giannis Antetokounmpo PSA 10 GEM MINT, and 1981 Topps #216 Joe Montana PSA 9 MINT. Michael Jordan fans will once again have a chance to acquire some key insert cards with over 160 lots dedicated to “His Airness”, and the auction features the breakup of a near-complete 1911 C55 hockey set, the breakup of a near-complete 1951 Parkhurst set, and almost 100 PSA 10 GEM MINT graded cards from the 1988 Fleer basketball series.
