One of the earliest of display pieces to feature a professional football star came out in the 1930s when Old Gold cigarettes got the endorsement of "The Galloping Ghost" Red Grange. The featured piece folds down the center and measures 38' x 50" fully displayed. It originally had an easel backing that is no longer present, which allowed the piece to stand on it's own from the floor. Some light restoration was done with small holes filled at the bottom. This is a wonderfully eye-pleasing piece from the very beginnings of the National Football League.
