One of the toughest issues of any post-WWII national print, the 1954 Bowman Ted Williams was abruptly pulled from the set when it was discovered that Williams had an exclusive contract with Topps, replaced with a Jimmy Piersall card that was also given #66. However, a limited amount of issues featuring "Teddy Ballgame" made it out to the public and we're proud to offer this mid-grade rarity. Graded PSA 6, this specimen typically favors southeast but compensates nicely with brilliant registration, high gloss shine, a clean reverse and corners that are NM to NM/MT. If you need it for that '54 set or just appreciate a card that demands respect, here it is.
