After completing a 17-year career, all with the New York Yankees, and earning 6 World Championships as a player, infielder Frank Crosetti stuck around with the Bronx Bombers, lending his expertise as coach from 1946-1968 and earning an additional 11 championship rings in the "Big Apple." Crosetti wore this Spalding size 42 flannel during the 1957 season, yet another pennant winning season that saw Mickey Mantle win his second consecutive MVP award. The old gamer exhibits excellent game use with the original tagging and an embroidered "Crosetti 2 57" stitched onto the front left tail. The felt Yankees logo and jersey number are attached with a blue tackle twill stitch and there are no apparent alterations. An incredible gamer from the New York Yankees' glory days!
