After Mickey Mantle and perhaps a select few others, Sandy Koufax is the most highly collected post-war baseball player in the hobby. But even the most advanced collectors tend to draw a blank at the mention of Koufax's extremely scarce 1958 Bell brand issue. This PSA 8 graded example displays only the slightest trace of imperfection at the green-bordered endpoints and you need a mighty strong loupe to see it. The image quality, centering and factory-fresh reverse are easily worthy of the high grade. A fantastic example of one of Koufax's toughest issues!
